The Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) informs & nbsp; about SIA “GP Recruitment” SIA, & nbsp; single registration no. 40003707276, legal address: 101-1 Brīvības Street, Riga, LV-1001 (hereinafter – “data controller”, “GPR”, “we”, “us” and “our”) processing of personal data, providing personnel selection services and providing access to the website & nbsp; www.gprecruitment.eu & nbsp; (the “Website”).

TERMS USED IN THE PRIVACY POLICY

“Data subject” means an identified or identifiable natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly (for example, a candidate participating or intending to take part in a recruitment process) (hereinafter – you).

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Candidate Selection

When providing recruitment services, GPR processes the following personal data to select and evaluate the most appropriate candidates for our clients:

  • Preferred amount of compensation;

Concluding and Executing a Service Agreement

(Legal basis – performance of the contract (Article 6, first paragraph, point (b) of the GPA)).

We will process the following personal information about you in order to enter into an agreement:

In order to ensure the quality of the service contract, to help you establish an employment relationship with your potential employer and to register with the immigration authorities of your home country, we will provide the following personal data to your potential employer:

  • Voluntary health information
  • Passport or ID number and expiration date;
  • Copy of ID (passport or ID card) *

* Upon separate consent, we will make a copy of your ID, which will be stored in the GPR database and sent to your direct employer to expedite the necessary documentation and registration.

Maintaining a database and reporting binding vacancies
